This page is maintained by the Repodeo team to set expectations for using our service. By accessing Repodeo ("the service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Repodeo is an AI-powered platform that helps podcasters and content teams repurpose audio and video into transcripts, blogs, show notes, social posts, newsletters, SEO metadata, and episode landing pages. Features and pricing may evolve; we will give reasonable notice for material changes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 18+ or have appropriate authorisation to use the service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the podcasts, transcripts, and generated content you create with Repodeo. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

5. AI-generated content

Repodeo uses AI models to generate transcripts and content. Outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.

6. Payments

Paid plans (Creator, Pro, and Agency) are billed in advance through our supported payment providers (currently PayPal and PayNow) on a monthly or annual cycle. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. You can cancel from Billing at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Repodeo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
