What we collect
- Account data: email, name, company, use case, plan.
- Content data: audio files you upload, transcripts, and AI-generated outputs.
- Usage data: credit balance, episodes created, exports, and basic product analytics.
How we use your data
- To generate transcripts and content you request.
- To enforce plan limits and credit balances.
- To improve reliability, fix bugs, and respond to support requests.
Storage and security
Data is stored in our backend with Row-Level Security so only your account can read your episodes and content. Files are stored in private storage buckets.
Subprocessors
We use OpenAI for transcription and content generation, and our hosting providers for storage and compute. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@repodeo.com.

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. We may add minimal analytics cookies in the future and will update this page when we do.
